Proud and delighted to announce a new client for MJS Partnership.

We’ve been brought in to advise Talentloop, an exciting and fast-growing business, as it enters the next stage of its growth strategy.

Led by Ruby Melling and Victoria Bond, Talentloop has a simple mission: helping companies become an employer of choice and attract and retain the best possible talent.

A simple sentence – but one that’s incredibly hard, and increasingly vital, for businesses to deliver on.

After my time in recruitment, I’ve seen first-hand just how critical a good people strategy and transformation are to sustainable growth.

From my first conversation with Ruby, it was clear there was a strong alignment in how we think about building successful, profitable workplaces by properly linking people strategy to business strategy.

The ambition is bold: to scale rapidly this year and establish Talentloop as a genuine industry leader in the talent and people space.
