Jo spent 22 years helping people find the right job, and he knows how often the process gets in the way. That's why he's behind Hike.
Hike is a career intelligence service. It combines behavioural science with recruitment expertise to understand people properly, looking beyond job titles and qualifications to their experience, personality and evidence, and shows them how well they fit a role before they apply.
As AI makes applications sound the same and automated screening filters people out, Hike works like a good career adviser, not another job board. Jo backs it with his own time and investment, and advises the team as it grows.
