The business
Talentloop is the people function for founder-led businesses of up to 100 staff, running recruitment through to retention as one service. It was founded and is led by Ruby Melling.
The brief
Talentloop brought MJS Partnership in at the start of 2026 as it entered the next stage of its growth strategy. The ambition: scale quickly and become a leading name in the talent and people space.
How Jo works with them
Jo advises Ruby on strategy and the commercial decisions that come with scaling. He spent 22 years building Sellick Partnership into a £100m-plus business, where people strategy and business strategy were the same conversation.
What’s changed
Since Jo started working with Ruby in early 2026, Talentloop has doubled its team and moved into a new office.
