People, planning, process. Probably the most important things to drive business growth.
So I’m delighted to announce I’ve joined law firm Austin Kemp | HNW Divorce Law as a Non-Executive Director to focus on those three priorities.

It’s a firm with a great growth record and rich pedigree and I’ll be working with MD and founder Amandeep S. Kooner to develop further its high-performance culture and excellence in delivery, and to help him implement his growth strategy.
He has a clear vision for the future, and the firm has a great culture which we can deepen and capitalise on to help take it to the next stage. It's been great to spend time with the firm already and there's plenty more to come soon.

On a personal note, working with firms like Austin Kemp and CEOs or MDs like Amandeep is something I love.
There’s a real opportunity to influence and shape real impact quickly, and it works both ways.

Someone once told me, the thing about being a NED is that you put your fingerprints on the firm and it puts its fingerprints on you. Never a truer word.
