Proud to be APSco 2026 Judge

Honoured to announce I'm part of the judging team for this year's APSCo Awards for Excellence.

I'm wowed always by the innovation, determination, and brilliance of the entries - it's never easy to select a winner - and it's a reminder of how vibrant the recruitment sector is.

As a judge, the whole process is special - from reading all the entries to the face-to-face conversations and presentations, to the recognition of the winners at the Award ceremony in September. I always learn a lot and many of the insights and learnings are valuable too for the advisory work we provide to clients at MJS Partnership.

And I appreciate finding the time to prepare an award entry is hard but getting shortlisted or winning can be a game changer. All the categories are listed on the APSco website and the deadline for entries is April 7th.
